Affiliate Membership Discount

Membership Discount for Members of WADEM Affiliates
As a member of an Affliliate Organization of the World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine, you are entitled to a 20 percent discount off individual membership in WADEM. For more information about the benefits of membership in WADEM, please visit the Individual Membership page. Annual fees pay for a 12 month membership in WADEM and are determined based on the member's annual income. Please see the table below to determine your membership rate.

You may complete and mail or fax the corresponding Affiliate Discount - New Member or Renewal Form below or use WADEM's secure PayPal page by clicking on the "Pay Membership Dues" button at the buttom of the page.

Select the Membership Category (based on your annual income from the table above) from the Drop Down Menu and click on the "Pay Membership Dues" button below. This will take you to WADEM's secure PayPal webpage.

Please enter the name of your Affliate Organization in the "Special Instructions" section on the WADEM PayPal webpage.
