WADEM Affiliate Organizations
WADEM has created a process for membership available exclusively to institutions and organizations who share an abiding interest and mission in advancing disaster and emergency health to its members, faculty, students, or staff. WADEM created this “Affiliation” option to membership to help foster international collaboration and research with likeminded institutions and organizations.
In return for an annual membership from the parent Affiliate Organization, individual members of the Affiliate Organization receive a 20% discount off the WADEM annual membership and any WADEM-sponsored courses and educational products. Affiliate Organizations receive an organizational subscription to Prehospital and Disaster Medicine, WADEM’s academic journal. WADEM will list the Affiliate Organization on the WADEM website and link to the Affiliate Organization’s website. WADEM will promote events the Affiliate Organization is hosting on its website and to the WADEM membership. Additionally, all Affiliate Organizations are entitled to discounts for advertising in Prehospital and Disaster Medicine.
The Affiliate Annual Fees are:
- $300 USD registration for organizations with 40 members or less,
- $400 USD for organizations with 41 to 100 members,
- $500 USD for organizations with over 100 members.
